Trinethra Super Retail Limited a part of Aditya Birla Retail Limited is a multiple outlet retail store network founded in 1986, operating in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu and Karnataka. It is in the business of retailing mainly FMCG, F&V and Apparels. It had totally 14 Warehouse and 325 stores spread across the three southern states. In 2005 May, TSRL undertook a review of its legacy POS software, identifying that this no longer met the requirements of its business and would not support ambitious targets of year-on-year growth.

Flexiware:
FlexiWare is powerful, easy to use and user friendly warehouse management software, which enables easy flow of information between the vendors, warehouse and the multiple stores location. Seamless integration between the warehouse and the stores enables in huge savings. Using the unique promo engine the various schemes/promotions can be defined globally across all stores or for specific stores. Flexiware can be configured to work for various segments like Super Market, Apparel, Book store and other retail segments.

FlexiHO:
FlexiHO, the head office management software has the capability of integrating with all the Warehouses. Using FlexiHO, now you create the master information and export it to the concern warehouses. The transactions like Purchase Orders (PO) are created at HO and GRN for the same is done at respective warehouse. GRN, Sales data will flow back to HO for MIS purpose.

FlexiPOS:
FlexiPOS is very easy to use is Store Management software with all the functionality required to run a fast and efficient POS counter. The Master/Slave mode ensures that billing happens at all times irrespective of the network connectivity. This software can work on any OPOS enable POS machine and devices. Master / Slave technology is used in the FlexiPOS application ensure your billing and store operations function seamlessly in spite of any unforeseen conditions like server downtime or power outrage.

FlexiSales
Flexisales takes care of complete billing operations. Unlike other application, what makes it truly remarkable is that the database resides in each POS terminal/ off-the-shelf PC. This means that if the network goes down or the Server is down, still it can continue to scan every item in the store, and log every piece of data on its own hard drive until it can communicate again with the Server (after which, recovery is entirely automatic).

  • SAS Model ( Stand Alone System)
    The SAS model is implemented to take care of local purchases in the up country stores where the supplies for all the required SKU’s are supplied by the mother DC/WH which is located at a remote area. The purpose of this model is mainly to cut down the logistic and real estate cost. In this model few SKU’s will be identified for which the purchases will be handled locally.

  • PDA Integration:
    We have developed add on applications by integrating FlexiPOS and Flexiware with PDA device. This feature will enable the user to generate billing, Stock take and GRN at both Warehouse and Stores.
  • Master / Slave Technology
    Master / Slave technology is used in the FlexiPOS application to ensure your billing and store operations function seamlessly in spite of any unforeseen conditions like server downtime or power outrage
  • Oracle Financial Integration
    We have carried out the integration of Flexiware with Oracle Financials .The integration is done for processing of Payables and Receivables records originating from E-Retail application and loading the data into Oracle Applications.

Integration Services: We have successfully carried out the integration of FlexiHO &Flexiware with Oracle Financials and Microsoft Navision .The integration is done for processing of Payables and Receivables records originating from E-Retail application and loading the data into the above applications. We are in the process of integrating FlexiHO and Flexiware with SAP application.
