Velu Srinivasan Bhaskaran began his career as a Programmer, developing products for the banking, retail, and road transport industries. With over 32 years of experience, he has made significant contributions, including working on the advanced ledger posting system for the Central Bank of India, developing retail software for a UK-based company, contributing to the online bus reservation system for APSRTC, and being a key member of the POS software development team for concessioners at Changi Airport, Singapore (Phase-1).
In 2003, he founded eRetail Cybertech Pvt. Ltd, a company dedicated to empowering retailers through automation. Starting with a team of four, eRetail has grown to over 100 employees, developing cutting-edge cloud-based solutions for retailers worldwide.

Y. Naveen Kumar started his career with eRetail Cybertech Pvt Ltd in 2007 and has been with the company since its inception. As a dedicated and results-driven Product Head, he boasts a stellar track record of 21 years in the industry. His unique blend of strategic vision, leadership, and hands-on experience in product development and management drives innovation, optimizes product portfolios, and delivers market-leading solutions.

Santosh Kunchamwar
Santosh Kunchamwar is a technology and software engineering leader with over two decades of experience in designing, developing, and modernising enterprise technology solutions for the retail industry. As Practice Head Development at eRetail Cybertech, he provides technical leadership across software engineering, solution architecture, cloud transformation, product development, application modernisation, and enterprise system integration.
With extensive experience across .NET and cross-platform application development, Angular, Flutter, Microsoft Azure, DevOps, SQL Server, POS, OMS, WMS, and enterprise integrations, Santosh brings a strong combination of technical depth, architecture expertise, and deep retail-domain knowledge. He has played a key role in evolving retail technology platforms, modernising legacy applications, building scalable APIs and services, and integrating enterprise systems with e-commerce, ERP, GST, and third-party retail ecosystems.
His focus is on architecting scalable and reliable solutions, driving application modernisation, adopting cloud and cross-platform technologies, improving engineering practices, and translating complex business requirements into practical technology solutions. He works closely with development teams and business stakeholders to establish technical direction, ensure solution quality, and deliver technology initiatives aligned with organisational and customer objectives.
Santosh is particularly passionate about enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, modern application development, system integration, product engineering, and building technology platforms that can scale with evolving retail business needs.
Ganesan Subramanian
S. Ganesan brings a commerce background and 25 years of experience working with business applications. He worked with Syscon Solutions Pvt Ltd for nine years, dealing in ERP products for the SME segment. With extensive experience in sales, implementation, and training, he joined eRetail in 2007. Currently, he manages product development, sales, partner networks, and management relations. He has been instrumental in acquiring international clientele for the company.
